50 minutes of face to face counselling session booked after the initial phone assessment 

50 minutes of online counselling session via Zoom, Teams or other VC media , post the initial phone assessment 

50 minutes of face to face counselling session at an agreed outside venue like a park or green space which has already been risk assessed. There are several routes that I walk regularly and have risk assessed. This will be booked in consultation during or after initial phone assessment.
